Nakul Shrestha of Charikot, Dolakha first heard about eSewa through advertisements more than 5 years ago. Like most people of today’s generation, he is a tech-enthusiast and decided to give digital wallets a try, so, registered himself in eSewa. From then, he has been using eSewa to aid him in his daily lives from mobile topup to TV cable recharge, electricity bill payment, antivirus purchase, travel ticketing, etc. and mentions “I like getting cashback while making various payments using eSewa”.

Finally, he suggests eSewa to improve the load time saying “It takes at least a few minutes to get funds in eSewa when transferring from mobile banking. If the timing was improved, we could have a better eSewa experience”.
