Terms and Conditions for Using eVA Service Services

Thank you for using eVA Service service!

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of eVA Service services. These Terms form an agreement between you and eSewa Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as eSewa) and they include our Service Terms and important provisions for resolving disputes. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms;

  1. Description:

The eVA Service is an artificial intelligence-powered tool designed to assist eSewa users with information related to eSewa’s products and services. eVA Service is a free service to help eSewa users. The eVA Service is still in the beta phase and the more people use it, the more accurate it shall get in responding to your inquiries.

  1. User Eligibility

The eVA Service is available to eSewa users or anyone else who are 16 (sixteen years) and above.

  1. Acceptance of Terms:

By using the eVA Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Use of the eVA Service:

The eVA Service is designed to provide information and assistance related to eSewa products and services. It is not a substitute for professional advice. You agree to use the eVA Service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  1. Information Accuracy:

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, eSewa does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided by the eVA Service. Users are encouraged to verify critical information independently or by contacting an official representative of eSewa.

  1. Privacy and Data Security:

eSewa is ISO 27001 certified company and is committed to protecting your privacy. Conversations with the eVA Service may be logged for quality assurance, improvement, and security purposes. Personal information shared with the eVA Service shall be treated in accordance with eSewa’s privacy policy. 

  1. User Conduct:

Users agree not to use the eVA Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Offensive language, harassment, or any form of abuse towards the eVA Service is strictly prohibited and maybe punishable by law.

You agree to protect your login identification, PINs, and other personal banking information and won’t provide these during eVA Service service.

  1. Limitation of Liability:

eSewa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the eVA Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

eSewa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice to any parties involved. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms to stay informed of any changes.

  1. Termination of Service:

eSewa reserves the right to terminate or suspend the eVA Service at any time without any prior notice to any parties involved. eSewa may also restrict access to the eVA Service for any user who are suspected of violating these terms and conditions.

  1. Intellectual Property:

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, used in connection with the eVA Services is the property of eSewa and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on such content without explicit written permission from eSewa.

  1. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration:

All dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be addressed by eSewa as per its Dispute Resolution Guideline.

Any arbitration proceeding with these regards shall be governed by law of Nepal.

  1. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Nepal.

By using the eVA Services , you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact eSewa Customer Support.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that all chat interactions will be recorded and analyzed for Quality Assurance purposes and to enhance the accuracy for better customer experience and convenience through training our AI.
