Applicable terms and conditions:

1. The offer is applicable to all KYC verified users and agents.

Note: Any unverified user when participating in the offer must submit the KYC verification request and be verified within 9th March 2020 to be eligible for this offer.

2. The offer will be effective from 2nd March 2020 to 9th March 2020.

3. Two lucky winners will win the Pokhara package for couple and winners will be announced on 10th March 2020. Winners will be notified through contact details registered in eSewa.

Note: eSewa shall not be held liable if the address and phone number, thus provided, is found incorrect.

4. The winner should claim the prize within 3 working days of the winner announcement. If the winner does not claim the prize within the stipulated time, eSewa reserves the right to cancel the prize.

5. The winner should provide a copy of any government authorized document (Citizenship Certificate/ Driving License/ Passport) for verification.

6. One eSewa ID will be permitted to participate for one time only.

7. This offer is mere promotional events and is not a lottery, betting or gambling under the prevailing laws of Nepal and if the participant is not selected, eSewa shall refund the paid amount to all the users except to the winner.

8. The users must follow all the procedures to be eligible to win the prize, eSewa shall not be liable for the incomplete transactions of the users.

9. eSewa reserves the right to review and/or cancel the offer in case of suspicious activity and event beyond its control.

10. eSewa reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any user or order that does not meet the criteria for the offer product or service to any user or geographic area it deems fit.

11. eSewa reserves the right at all times to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this promotional event or cancel it with immediate effect without giving any prior notice to any party.

12. By participating in the offer, participants agree and provide consent to eSewa, to use for the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of the offer event.

13. The prize won through this offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.

14. The winner needs to bear the applicable airport tax.

15. eSewa will not be held liable for any kind of injuries/harm before, during or after the event.

16. The offer serves with bed and breakfast only.

17. To those who do not win the offer, the amount shall be refunded within 3 working days after the winner announcement.

  5. Your terms & conditions doesn’t clearly specify if it includes return transportation (by air or bus ) and if it applies for couple or a single persons. would be good if it includes return airfare or bus fair.
