All of the participants for “Rs. 11 ma Mountain Flight” Offer is deemed to have read, understood and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. The game is applicable to all registered eSewa users.
  2. The game will be effective from 7th February 2020 to 12th February 2020.
  3. A lucky user will be announced as winner on 13th February 2020. Winner will be notified through contact details registered in eSewa.
    Note: eSewa shall not be held liable if the address and phone number, thus provided, is found incorrect.
  1. The winner should claim the prize within 3 working days of the winner announcement. If the winner does not claim the prize within the stipulated time, eSewa reserves the right to cancel the prize.
  2. The winner shall provide a copy of any government authorized document (Citizenship Certificate/ Driving License/ Passport) for verification.
  3. One eSewa ID will be permitted to participate for one time only.
  4. This game is mere promotional events and is not a lottery, betting or gambling under the prevailing laws of Nepal and if the participant is not selected, eSewa shall refund the paid amount to all the users except to the winner.
  5. The users must follow all the procedures to be eligible to win the prize, eSewa shall not be liable for the incomplete transactions of the users.
  6. eSewa reserves the right to review and, or cancel the offer in case of suspicious activity and event beyond its control.
  7. eSewa reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any user or order that does not meet the criteria for the game product or service to any user or geographic area it deems fit.
  8. eSewa reserves the right at all times to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this promotional event or cancel it with immediate effect without giving any prior notice to any party.
  9. By participating in the game, participants agree and provide consent to eSewa to use for the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of the Game event.
  10. The prize won through this offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  20. How can we book the ticket sir i tried but it show an full charges. But you have said just 11 NPR to book ticket.
