The terms and conditions of  the  campaigns are as follows : 

1. This offer is valid from Mangsir 4, 2080 to Poush 4, 2080. 
2. This offer is valid for all eSewa users. (Any unverified users participating in the offer must verify their KYC within Poush 4 to be eligible for the offer).    
3. The more the user participates, the higher will be the chance of winning.  
4. The participant must pay Rs. 50 from “Rs. 50 maa iPhone 15” section to participate in the offer. The amount shall be refunded as a top-up in the enterred phone number within 48 hours.
   Note: eSewa shall not be held liable if the phone number, thus provided, is found incorrect.  
5. One lucky winner who participates in the offer will get a chance to win an iPhone 15. 
6. The winner will be announced within Poush 12 through a lucky draw on Facebook Live.  
7. The prizes mentioned above are subject to availability. eSewa reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of similar value depending on the stock of items available.    
8. Any employee of eSewa Pvt. Ltd. and F1soft Group of Companies are not eligible to be the winner. If any such case arises, the next winner will be selected through a lucky draw.    
9. A windfall gain tax of 25% will be applicable on winning prizes as per the Income Tax Act. Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be applicable to their prizes.  
10. The winner must submit a copy of a Valid Personal PAN Card Document to claim the prize.      
11. The winner must provide a copy of government-issued documents (Citizenship/ Voter’s Card/ Driving License) for verification.    
12. The prize won through this offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.      
13. The winner must claim the prize within one month of the announcement of the winner. If the winner is not reachable or fails to claim the prize within one month, eSewa retains the authority to either revoke the prize or select an alternative winner.  
14. If the winner is unable to personally claim the prize due to specific circumstances, they have the option to designate a beneficiary to claim it on their behalf. However, the beneficiary’s details along with valid government-issued documents of the winner must be provided in advance.
