What is the definition of new user here? How can we know if we are new user or not? If it’s just installation can we uninstall and install again? 🤔 This new user criteria should always be made clear and not vague as such. Please make it clear if old users can participate or not by uninstalling and installing it again? Or use another new number by old user and reverify kyc?
