9. The lucky winner shall arrive at the place of handover within Kathmandu Valley. And the handover date can be decided upon by both parties. However, the lucky winner should claim the prize within 1 month of the announcement. If in case, the winner resides outside the valley and is unable to arrive, s/he should disclose their representative to eSewa. eSewa shall not deliver the product to the lucky winner but they themselves shall arrive at the designated place for the handover.
