eSewa Partner Awards

eSewa Partner Award is to recognize the support, work and achievements of eSewa Agents who have contributed in significant and lasting ways to eSewa. The Awards commenced from Baisakh, 2075 and is distributed monthly according to Nepalese calendar. Award winners are rewarded with 10,000 Reward Points.

Award Categories:

  1. Product of the Month (Highest Transactor)
    This award is presented to an eSewa Agent who has done the highest transaction on a selected service in a given month.
  2. Excellence on Branding
    This award is presented to an eSewa Agent who has allocated and supported eSewa with their best available resources to achieve branding and promotion goal of eSewa.
  3. Best Use of Social Media
    This award is presented to an eSewa Agent who has used Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and other social media in an innovative or otherwise exceptional manner to share knowledge about eSewa.
  4. Highest Reward Point Earner
    This award is presented to an eSewa Agent who has earned highest reward points for the given month.
  5. eSewa SuperFan
    This award is provided to an eSewa Agent who shows how he/ she has operated under one or more of the following criteria – use of diversified services, the value of eSewa to overall business and creativity, innovation and emotional engagement.

FAQ for award winner:

  1. How are the winners selected?
    For the different categories as mentioned, the winners are selected based on the following criterias:
    a. Product of the Month: Highest transactor for the product of the month (determined earlier)
    b. Excellent branding: Optimum utilization of resources for the promotion of eSewa
    c. Best use of social media: Sharing of knowledge on eSewa via best use of various social media platforms
    d. Highest reward point earner: Highest reward point earning agent for the month
    e. eSewa Superfan: Use of diversified services, creativity, innovation and emotional engagement.
  2. Is the transaction calculated on english date or Nepali?
    The agents’ transactions are calculated on Nepali date.
  3. How much transaction is to be done by the agent to be the winner?
    Rather than the transaction amount, the winner is determined as the highest transactor on the basis of the product of the month determined earlier. Apart from the product of the month, the transaction/the activities are monitored based on the criterias as explained above.
  4. When will the reward point (rewarded) be added in eSewa?
    The winners are rewarded with 10,000 points each and the reward point will be credited in respective winners’ eSewa ID within 3 days from the winner announced date.
