3. To participate in this offer, users must complete at least 1 transaction above Rs.100 (Excluding Wallet Load and Send Money) during the offer period. 
4. 1 lucky winner among users completing one transaction (Excluding Wallet Load and Send Money) will be eligible to win a Smartwatch. 
5. 1 lucky winner among users completing at least two transactions (Excluding Wallet Load and Send Money) will be eligible to win a Poco X5 Pro (6/128 GB) Smartphone. 
6. 1 lucky winner among users completing three or more transactions will be eligible to win 40-inch Smart TV. 
7. The winner will be announced between Bhadra 25 to Bhadra 31 2080, through lucky draw on Facebook LIVE. 
8. The prizes mentioned above are subject to availability. eSewa reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of similar value depending on the stock of items available. 
9. An employee of eSewa Pvt. Ltd. and F1soft International group of companies are not eligible to be the winner. If any such case arises, the next winner will be selected through a lucky draw. 
10. A windfall gain tax of 25% will be applicable on winning prizes as per the Income Tax Act, and the tax amount will have to be borne by the winner. 
11. The winner must submit a copy of a Valid Personal PAN Card Document to claim the prize.   
12. The winner must provide a copy of government-issued documents (Citizenship/ Voter’s Card/ Driving License) for verification. 
13. The prize won through this offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.   
14. The winner must claim the prize within one month of the announcement of the winner. If the winner does not claim the prize within the specified time, eSewa reserves the right to cancel the prize. 
15. This offer is a mere promotional event and is not a lottery, betting, or gambling under the prevailing laws of Nepal.
