Redeem your eSewa Reward Points with Bhoj!

A reward point is an extra value offered to eSewa users for using a variety of eSewa services. You will gain reward points as you go on using eSewa services. Now, you can also redeem those earned reward points for different discounts.

The different offers have been made available in the eSewa reward point tab. You can go to the reward point tab and redeem your points. We at the moment have different offers/discount coupons for Bhoj Deals; you can simply redeem your reward points and get discount vouchers that you can use while ordering from Bhoj (In Bhoj Mobile App). Download the app here.

The offers are as follows:

1. Rs.100 off on orders above Rs.500 for 400 Reward Points
2. Rs. 200 off on orders above Rs.1000 for 800 Reward Points
3. Rs. 300 off on orders above Rs.1500 for 1200 Reward Points

Please note that our first phase of redemption has ended. And, we have therefore revised the offer.

The process of redeeming eSewa Reward Points for Bhoj is as follows:

Step 1: Open eSewa app and click on “Reward Points” available at the top right side of the home page.

Step 2: Here you can see different available offers. Click on the offer/voucher that you would want to consume.

Step 3: Now you will see the “Redeem” option at the bottom left side, click on it to redeem.

Step 4: Confirm it by accepting the eSewa’s terms and conditions. 

You can now see the collected vouchers of offers in the “Voucher” section.

Step 5: After following the above process you will receive a confirmation voucher code through eSewa Push Notification. You can then use the voucher code while ordering online from Bhoj app.

The terms and conditions are as follows:

1. The campaign will run from September 18, 2022, to November 18, 2022.
2. Reward points once redeemed cannot be changed. Thus, a change of mind after redemption is not allowed.
3. Customers will receive the voucher code within 24 hours via SMS once the offer is successfully redeemed.
4. The voucher code must be used within 1 week of receiving it.
5. eSewa reserves the right to change and update any rules regarding redemption at any point in time.
6. All customers having 100 reward points are eligible for this campaign.
7. This offer is a mere promotional event and is not a lottery, betting, or gambling and the prevailing laws of Nepal.
8. By participating in the offer, participants agree and provide consent to eSewa to use their name and photograph for this campaign including advertising on social media, eSewa platform, or in the public domain.
9. In case of fraudulent/ suspicious transactions, eSewa solely reserves the right to revoke the offers/prizes offered and the eligibility of the users for the offer.
