By assisting users will all kind of questions and queries as well as solving problems in real time, eVA will be an additional asset in already exception customer service of eSewa. 

Eva is continuously learning and capable of responding to anything and everything related to eSewa. In addition to queries about about about, EVA offers value added services like horoscope, Gold Price, Forex etc as well as trained to offer engagement activities like Play and Win quizzes. 

Current Features and Future Plans   

For now, eVA is trained to perform some financial transactions as per the user’s command. It is for the for the first time in the history of Nepal ever that an AI Chatbot can perform financial transactions. At this point, eVA is capable of doing payments like Mobile Topup and Send Money, while other features booking domestic airlines tickets are in progress.  

In future, we plan to train eVA to perform all the payment services available in eSewa platform. Additional future projects include training eVA to perform features like live chat, text to speech, speech to text, and so on.
