At F1Soft, diversity in our workforce is one of our most treasured aspect. We are always working for empowering our team and helping each other unleash our true potential. At the same time, we feel that having fun in the workplace is important and it helps in strengthening our bond. With the spirit of celebration, we annually organize Eid program, Dashain program, etc. This year too, Teej program was organized for all the ladies of F1Soft group.
The program was organized on “Dar Khane Din”, i.e. one day before the fasting of Teej at Symphony Lounge and Bar, Hattisar. We had ladies from various companies associated under F1Soft group attending the event. After the successful completion of program, we conversed with few of the employees and here we share their thoughts:
Among the attendees from various companies, Shobha Timilsina of Logica Beans shares “We had traditional bangles and other gifts which were very much fascinating.” Similarly, Sangita Sthapit representing eSewapasal expressed “It was an amazing program with the great essence of our culture and food. Our company has done a good job”. Furthermore, describing the fun vibes of the program, Swakiya Shrestha said “I greatly enjoyed the Teej Dar program. It was a great opportunity to let loose and bond with fellow ladies at F1Soft in a relaxed setting”. 
Nisha Sharma of eSewa also seemed to be happy with the event as she said, “Teej festival brought joy and happiness in every women’s face with all those energetic music and healthy food. Thank you to the management team for making our ladies feel special.”
Finally, summing up the event, Alsana Banu of Fonepay expressed “Many many thanks to our company that they have organized this Teej party for all ladies staffs which make us realize that our company is not only the place where we work but also our Family who cares about our happiness.”
Hearing the beautiful words from all these ladies, it is safe to say that Teej program was a huge success. We hope each employee would enjoy in a similar manner in our future events as well.
