As part of the Bharau Khushi Campaign, selected winners will receive eSewa vouchers for domestic airline or bus tickets. The vouchers can be redeemed for eligible domestic travel, subject to seat availability, applicable fares, and the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
The ticket booking and redemption process will be coordinated with the winner after successful confirmation. Winners will be informed of the available travel options and dates and will be required to select their preferred travel date based on availability.
Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Issuance:
Tickets will be provided on a first-priority basis, subject to seat availability in the booking system at the time of booking.
2. Seat Availability:
Tickets will be issued strictly based on seat availability at the time of booking.
3. Travel Date Confirmation:
The winner will be informed about the available travel dates during the confirmation call. The winner must select and confirm their preferred travel date based on seat availability.
4. Booking Timeline:
The ticket will generally be booked for a travel date at least one week after the date of confirmation, subject to seat availability.
5. Fare Difference:
If the selected travel date has a higher applicable fare, the ticket will be issued based on the fare displayed in the system at the time of booking.
6. Cancellation and Refund:
If the winner cancels the ticket after it has been purchased, any applicable refund will be processed as per the cancellation and refund policy of the respective airline or bus operator.
7. Voucher Validity:
The voucher will be valid for one year from the date the winner receives the voucher. The voucher cannot be redeemed after its validity period.
8. Eligibility:
The voucher is applicable only to individuals who are 18 years of age or above and residing in Nepal.
9. Accuracy of Information:
The winner must provide accurate and complete information during the ticket booking and redemption process. No ticket will be issued if the information provided is found to be factually incorrect.
10. Third-Party Delays:
eSewa shall not be liable for any delay, non-receipt, or inability to redeem the voucher arising due to the actions, omissions, or circumstances of third-party airlines, bus operators, or other service providers.
11. Changes to Terms:
eSewa reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
12. Technical or Unforeseen Circumstances:
eSewa shall not be responsible for technical failures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect ticket booking or voucher redemption.
13. Personal Information:
By proceeding with the ticket redemption process, the winner consents to the collection and processing of the personal information required for ticket booking and related communication, in accordance with applicable privacy practices.
