How to Participate:

Terms and Conditions: 

1. Participants must follow us on either TikTok or on Instagram 
2. Videos must include the official jingle and the competition hashtag #eSewaMahaUtsav. 
3. Submissions must be original and created by the participant. Any content deemed inappropriate or offensive will be disqualified. 
4. Winners will be chosen based on the highest views 
5. By participating, you grant us the right to use your video for promotional purposes. 
6. The competition ends on 8th November, and winners will be announced on 20th November. 
7. Cash prizes:  
    1st Prize: Rs. 50,000 
   2nd Prize: Rs. 25,000 
   3rd Prize: Rs. 15,000 
8. eSewa reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. 
9. An employee of eSewa Ltd. and F1soft International group of companies are not eligible to be the winner. 
10. If any such case arises, the next winner will be selected through a lucky draw.    
11. A windfall gain tax of 25% will be applicable on winning prizes as per the Income Tax Act. Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be applicable to their prizes.  
12. The prize won through this offer is non-transferable and non- refundable.      
13. The winner must claim the prize within 15 Days of the announcement of the winner. If the winner is not reachable or fails to claim the prize within one month, eSewa retains the authority to either revoke the prize or select an alternative winner.  
14. If the winner is unable to personally claim the prize due to specific circumstances, they have the option to designate a beneficiary to claim it on their behalf. However, the beneficiary’s details along with valid government issued documents of winner must be provided in advance.  
15. The decision of eSewa is final and binding in all matters related to the campaign.    
16. This offer is a mere promotional event and is not a lottery, betting, or gambling under the prevailing laws of Nepal.      
17. By participating in this offer, participants agree and consent to eSewa to use their name and photograph for promotional events, advertising, marketing, and any administrative matters.
