How Does eSewa’s Spin the Wheel Work?

Participating is simple.

Make a successful eligible payment through eSewa app → Get a chance to spin → Spin the wheel → Win exciting rewards!

(Here, an eligible payment means any successful payment made through the eSewa app, except Send Money and Bank Transfer transactions.)

For every successful eligible payment, you get one chance to play Spin the Wheel, with a maximum of 10 chances per user throughout the campaign.

So, the more eligible payments you successfully complete, the more chances you get to take your spin!

What Can You Win?

Every spin could bring you an exciting reward. You can win:

Promo Codes: Get randomly assigned promo codes and enjoy exciting offers.
Earbuds: 20 lucky female users can win earbuds.
Smartphone: One lucky female user will win the bumper prize: a smartphone!

Who Can Participate?

The Spin the Wheel campaign is exclusively available to female eSewa users.

To participate, you need to:

Be a female eSewa user.
Successfully complete a payment through the eSewa app.
Make sure the payment is not a Send Money or Bank Transfer transaction.

Once you complete an eligible payment successfully, you’ll receive a chance to play Spin the Wheel.

Terms & Conditions

The Spin the Wheel campaign is exclusively available to female eSewa users who successfully complete a payment through the eSewa app. Send Money and Bank Transfer transactions are excluded from the campaign.
Each successful eligible payment provides one chance to play Spin the Wheel. A user can participate a maximum of 10 times during the campaign period.
Prizes are assigned randomly and include 1 smartphone for one lucky winner, earbuds for 20 lucky winners, and promo codes.
Promo code winners must redeem their promo codes by September 19, 2026.
A 25% windfall gain tax, or applicable tax as per the prevailing Income Tax Act, will be deducted from the prize value for the smartphone and earbuds at the time of claim. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or charges related to their prizes.
To claim the prize, winners must submit a copy of a valid Personal PAN Card.
Winners must also provide a copy of one government-issued identification document (Citizenship Certificate / Voter’s ID / Driving License) for verification purposes.
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
The winner must claim the prize within 15 days from the date of notification. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to complete the claim process within this period, eSewa reserves the right to revoke the prize or select an alternate winner.
If a winner is unable to personally claim the prize due to genuine circumstances, they may designate a beneficiary to claim it on their behalf. The winner must submit their own valid government-issued documents along with the beneficiary’s details within the same 15-day claim window.
All decisions made by eSewa in relation to this campaign are final and binding.
