In this guide, we walk you through the step-by-step process of paying your NEA electricity bill via eSewa for different distribution centers, so you can enjoy uninterrupted service without any hassle.
For Balaju Distribution Center (Balaju DC)
Step 1: Log in to eSewa app.
Step 2: Go to Utility & Bills Payment and tap on Electricity.
Step 3: You will be redirected to NEA’s designated page. Fill in the required details, including your NEA Counter, Charge Type, and Consumer Number.
Step 4: If you do not know your Consumer Number, click on “Get your consumer number” and enter your SC Number and Customer ID to retrieve it.
Step 5: Click on Proceed.
Step 6: Your bill details will be displayed. Verify the information and click on Confirm. Enter your MPIN to complete the payment.
For Other Distribution Centers (Except Balaju DC)
Step 1: Log in to eSewa app.
Step 2: Go to Utility & Bills Payment and tap on Electricity.
Step 3: You will be redirected to NEA’s designated page. Enter the required details, including your NEA Counter, SC Number, and Customer ID, then click on Proceed.
Step 4: Your bill details will be displayed. Verify the information and click on Confirm. Enter your MPIN to complete the payment.
