2. Make Your Second Transaction

- Users must complete eligible transactions through eSewa during the campaign period to participate. Load Money, Send Money and Receive Money transactions are not eligible.
- Upon completing the first eligible transaction, users will receive a scratch card or an opportunity to spin the wheel for a chance to win promo codes or earbuds.
- Upon completing the second eligible transaction, users will receive another scratch card or an opportunity to spin the wheel for a chance to win promo codes or a Smart TV.
- Upon completing the third eligible transaction, users will receive another scratch card or an opportunity to spin the wheel for a chance to win promo codes.
- Users who complete all three transactions and meet the campaign criteria will qualify for the grand prize lucky draw to win an iPhone 18.
- Receiving a scratch card or spinning the wheel does not guarantee a reward. Prizes are limited and will be awarded randomly to eligible participants, subject to the campaign's reward allocation.
- The grand prize lucky draw will be conducted one week after the campaign ends. Only users who complete all three transactions and meet the campaign criteria will be eligible for the draw.
- A 25% windfall gain tax will apply to each prize, as per prevailing tax regulations.
- All prizes are subject to availability. eSewa reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable value, if necessary.
- Employees of eSewa Pvt. Ltd. and the F1Soft International Group of Companies are not eligible to win prizes. If an ineligible participant is selected, an alternative winner will be selected through a lucky draw.
- Winners must claim their prizes within 15 days of the announcement, unless otherwise specified by eSewa.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the specified period, eSewa reserves the right to revoke the prize or select an alternative winner.
- Winners must provide valid identification and any other documents required by eSewa for verification and prize collection.
- If a winner is unable to claim the prize personally, they may nominate a beneficiary, subject to eSewa's approval and submission of the required identification documents.
- Each participant must use a valid eSewa account registered in their own name. eSewa reserves the right to verify account and transaction details before awarding any prize.
- Transactions identified as fraudulent, suspicious, duplicated, reversed, or intended to manipulate campaign participation may result in disqualification.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise specified by eSewa.
- By participating in the campaign, users consent to eSewa using their names and photographs for campaign-related promotional and marketing purposes, subject to applicable laws.
- eSewa reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity or misuse of the campaign.
- eSewa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the campaign or any of its offers, subject to applicable laws.
- In case of any dispute relating to the campaign, eSewa's decision shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws.
