1. The offer is applicable to all KYC verified users and agents.

2. The offer will be effective from 8th June 2020 to 14th June 2020.
3. 40 lucky winners will win topup worth Rs. 500 and winners will be announced on 16th June 2020. Winners will be notified through contact details registered in eSewa.

4. Winners will be selected on the basis of the transaction ID. The Topup ID mentioned in the winning transaction will be topped up. All other non-winning transactions will be refunded 100%.
5. This offer is mere promotional events and is not a lottery, betting, or gambling under the prevailing laws of Nepal and if the participant is not selected, eSewa shall refund the paid amount to all the users except to the winner.
6. The users must follow all the procedures to be eligible to win the prize; eSewa shall not be liable for the incomplete transactions of the users.
7. eSewa reserves the right to review and/or cancel the offer in case of suspicious activity and event beyond its control.
8. eSewa reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any user or order that does not meet the criteria for the offer product or service to any user or geographic area it deems fit.

11. The prize won through this offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.
12. To those who do not win the offer, the amount shall be refunded within 3 working days after the winner announcement.
