Once purchased, the premium is non-refundable and non-transferable, and the policy remains valid for 7 consecutive days from the date of purchase.
Things to Know Before You Buy
- Jatra Care is available for individuals aged 2 to 60 years only.
- The policyholder can file a claim after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- Only treatments conducted at government-registered hospitals in Nepal are eligible.
- All claims must be submitted within 35 days of hospital bill payment.
- Original documents must be submitted during the claims process.
- Accidental insurance bills below Rs. 2,500 cannot be claimed.
