- Eligible Ncell packs must have a validity of 30 days or above.
- Each successful purchase of an eligible Ncell pack counts as one entry into the lucky draw for the grand prize, the iPhone 18 Pro (256GB).
- Upon successful payment, the Spin the Wheel game will appear in the app, allowing users to spin for a chance to win instant rewards.
- A total of two iPhone 18 Pro (256GB) smartphones will be awarded as grand prizes, with one winner selected for each monthly draw.
- One grand prize winner will be selected each month through a random lucky draw and announced via Facebook Live on eSewa’s official Facebook page.
- Two reserve winners will be selected for each monthly draw in case the selected winner is disqualified or cannot be contacted.
- A total of 63 power banks will be available through the Spin the Wheel feature, with one power bank allocated per campaign day.
- A total of 3,000 promo codes, redeemable for eligible eSewa utility services, will be available to win instantly through the Spin the Wheel feature.
- Only successful transactions for eligible Ncell packs qualify. Failed, reversed, refunded, or suspicious transactions will be excluded.

- Grand prize winners must claim their prizes within 15 days of the announcement. Failure to claim within this period may result in forfeiture and selection of a reserve winner.
- Winners must provide valid identification documents and any other required information for verification before claiming their prizes.
- Applicable government taxes on prizes, including windfall gain tax where applicable, shall be borne by the winners.
