How to Buy Festive Care?
Getting Festive Care is quick and easy through the eSewa app:
- Login to eSewa app.

- Pay Rs. 20 to activate your coverage.
Once purchased, the premium is non-refundable and non-transferable. The policy is valid for 15 consecutive days from the date of purchase.
Terms & Conditions
- Festive care is available from Ashoj 23 to Kartik 8, 2083 only.
- Only treatments conducted in registered hospitals in Nepal are eligible.
- Policyholder will be eligible to file a claim after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- All claims must be submitted within 35 days of hospital bill payment.
- Original documents must be submitted during the claims process.
- Festive Care can be purchased by individuals aged 2 years to 60 years only.
- Bill amounts of accidental insurance less than Rs. 2,500 shall not be claimed.
