  16. Recently I tried to the yearly bill of 16,272- and promo code didn’t work. So tried without the code and the Transaction worked so for me it’s a scam. I didn’t get the 2% cash back. I complain about this to vianet and no reply yet. Maybe 2% cash back takes time.
