By linking my eSewa ID (User/Agent Profile) with this eSewa Merchant Account, I agree to the following terms & conditions of eSewa Ltd (“eSewa”):
1. I affirm that the Merchant Account I am linking with my eSewa ID is registered under a business that I own and control. I have full authority to manage this business and its financial matters, including but not limited to transactions, withdrawals, and other account activities.
2. All transactions and activities processed through the linked Merchant Account, including withdrawals and financial operations, are deemed to be conducted with my consent. I acknowledge and accept full responsibility and liability for these activities.
3. eSewa reserves the right to amend, add, modify, discontinue, and/or remove any term and condition, including features, offers, fees and charges, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion, at any time, without liability and the Merchant shall be notified of any significant changes through eSewa’s various communication channels.
4. eSewa may require the Merchant to participate in various promotional activities and surveys from time-to-time which eSewa may publish in any media and the Merchant shall grant their consent for such requirements.
