- This offer is valid from Kartik 17, 2082 to Poush 16, 2082.
- This offer is valid for all eSewa users.
- To participate in the offer, users must pay Re. 1 (which will be refunded as cashback).
- Users can participate more than 1 time in the offer.
- There will be 2 prizes in the “Re 1 Game” which includes iPhone 17 and wishlist gift under Rs 100,000.
- The participants can enter their wishlist or select their desired gifts i.e Smart phone, Smart TV, Apple watch equals to or less than Rs 100,000 ( including VAT and other applicable charges).
- Any Wishlist gifts exceeding Rs 100,000 will be discarded.
- Additionally, 50 users will get Rs 50 top-up every day.
- There will be two lucky winners, one for iPhone 17 and other for wishlist offer.
- The winner will be announced within a week after the campaign ends through a lucky draw on Facebook Live.
- The prizes mentioned above are subject to availability. eSewa reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of similar value depending on the stock of items available.
- An employee of eSewa Pvt. Ltd. and F1soft International group of companies are not eligible to be the winner. If any such case arises, the next winner will be selected through a lucky draw.
- A windfall gain tax of 25% will be applicable on winning prizes as per the Income Tax Act. Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be applicable to their prizes.
- The winner must submit a copy of a Valid Personal PAN Card Document to claim the prize.
- The winner must provide a copy of government-issued documents (Citizenship/ Voter’s Card/ Driving License) for verification.
- The prize won through this offer is non-transferable and non- refundable.
- The winner must claim the prize within 15 Days of the announcement of the winner. If the winner is not reachable or fails to claim the prize within one month, eSewa retains the authority to either revoke the prize or select an alternative winner.
- If the winner is unable to personally claim the prize due to specific circumstances, they have the option to designate a beneficiary to claim it on their behalf. However, the beneficiary's details along with valid government issued documents of winner must be provided in advance.
- The decision of eSewa is final and binding in all matters related to the campaign.
