Eligibility 

To participate, all you need to do is:

• Be an eSewa QR Merchant registered on the Fonepay Network.
• Either enroll as a new merchant during the campaign period or reactivate if you have been inactive.
• Receive at least three QR Scan and Pay transactions amounting to Rs. 100 or more during the campaign period.
• It’s as simple as that! Complete these steps, and you will automatically be entered into the lucky draw to win a mobile phone.

Terms and Conditions 

• Offer applies to QR Scan and Pay transactions only.
• Only those eSewa Acquired QR Merchants who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate in this offer.
• The merchant must be registered by eSewa in the Fonepay Network.
• The merchant must either be enrolled during the campaign period or they must be inactive before this campaign.
• The merchant must receive at least 3 QR transactions amounting to at least Rs 100 or more during the campaign period.
• Winners will be selected through lucky draw within Kartik 30, 2081 and their list shall be published on eSewa’s social media channel.
• The prize won through this offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.   
• The prizes mentioned above are subject to availability. eSewa reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of similar value depending on the stock of items available.  
• An employee of eSewa Pvt. Ltd. and F1soft International group of companies are not eligible to be the winner.
• If any such case arises, the next winner will be selected through a lucky draw.  
• A windfall gain tax of 25% will be applicable on winning prizes as per the Income Tax Act. Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be applicable to their prizes.
• The winner must submit a copy of a Valid Personal PAN Card Document to claim the prize.    
• The winner must provide a copy of government-issued documents (Citizenship/ Voter’s Card/ Driving License) for verification.  
• The prize won through this offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.    
• The winner must claim the prize within 15 Days of the announcement of the winner. If the winner is not reachable or fails to claim the prize within one month, eSewa retains the authority to either revoke the prize or select an alternative winner.
• If the winner is unable to personally claim the prize due to specific circumstances, they have the option to designate a beneficiary to claim it on their behalf. However, the beneficiary’s details along with valid government issued documents of the winner must be provided in advance.
• The decision of eSewa is final and binding in all matters related to the campaign.  
• This offer is a mere promotional event and is not a lottery, betting, or gambling under the prevailing laws of Nepal.
