By providing consent for a minor to register for and use an eSewa Wallet, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Consent and Supervision
You confirm that you are the minor’s parent or legally authorized guardian and have the authority to provide consent for the minor to register for and use an eSewa Wallet. You agree to supervise the minor’s wallet activities and guide them towards responsible use of digital financial services.
2. Responsibility for Wallet Activities
You acknowledge that you shall be responsible and liable for all activities and financial transactions carried out through the minor’s eSewa Wallet. This includes any payments, transfers, or other transactions made using the wallet. You also agree to monitor the minor’s wallet usage and address any inappropriate or unauthorized activities.
3. Wallet Security
You are responsible for ensuring that the minor understands the importance of keeping wallet credentials, passwords, PINs, and OTPs confidential. You agree to guide the minor on maintaining account security and taking necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, and financial fraud.
4. Agreement to eSewa Policies
You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to eSewa’s Terms and Conditions, User Agreement, and Privacy Policy, including the provisions applicable to minor wallets. You agree to ensure that the minor's use of the wallet complies with these policies.
5. Personal Data and Privacy
You consent to the collection, verification, storage, and processing of the minor’s personal information by eSewa for wallet registration, verification, and service-related purposes, in accordance with eSewa’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws of Nepal.
6. Accuracy of Information and Compliance
You confirm that all information and documents provided for the minor’s wallet registration and verification are accurate and complete. You agree to promptly notify eSewa of any relevant changes and comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and eSewa’s policies.
By proceeding with the consent, you voluntarily accept the above responsibilities and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
