At eSewa, we understand that linking your bank account can sometimes be confusing, especially when it comes to the information that needs to match between your bank`s KYC (Know Your Customer) and eSewa`s KYC. To help clarify this process for our users, we have categorized the banks into two groups based on the details that need to be matched.

Category 1: Username and Mobile Number Matching

In this category, the following banks require that the username and mobile number must be similar in both your bank`s KYC and eSewa`s KYC:

Category 2: Username, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth Matching

In this category, the following banks require that the username, mobile number, and date of birth must match between your bank`s KYC and eSewa`s KYC:
