You can reset your MPIN from both Application or Web.
Step 1: Click on the three-dotted menu icon located at the top right corner.
Step 2: Tap on “Settings”.
Step 3: Tap on “Reset MPIN”.
Step 4: Click on Confirm.
Step 5: Then, you will receive a 6 digit verification code on your mobile phone. Please enter that code.
Step 6: Reset your MPIN (Remember it must be of 4 numeric digits). Click on Proceed.
Congratulations! You have successfully reset your MPIN.
