MPIN Reset Procedure

You can reset your MPIN from both Application or Web.
FROM APPLICATION:
Step 1: Click on the three-dotted menu icon located at the top right corner.
Step 2: Tap on “Settings”.
Step 3: Tap on “Reset MPIN”.
Step 4: Click on Confirm.
Step 5: Then, ​you will receive a 6 digit verification code on your mobile phone.  Please enter that code. 
Step 6: Reset your MPIN (Remember it must be of 4 numeric digits). Click on Proceed.
Congratulations! You have successfully reset your MPIN.
FROM WEB BROWSER:
Step 1: Browse www.esewa.com.np and insert login eSewa credentials.
Login to eSewa Homepage

 

 

Step 2: Click on the extreme right corner profile option and select the Profile option.

Step 3: Click on Login credentials.click on Login Credentials

Step 4: Click on the symbol as highlighted in the screenshot below.Click on Action

Step 5: You will be asked to submit for resetting the Mpin.  Click on submit.Click on Submit to reset MPIN

Then, MPIN will be successfully sent in respective eSewa id through SMS.

New MPIN is sent in your Mobile Number.
